I will create a personalized movie for you with pictures and/or videos that you provide. Great for: Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Births, Graduations, Vacations, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Holiday Gifts, School Activities, Parties, Reunions, Funerals/Memorials, etc. Also great for hard copy photos (perhaps old photos) that you would like scanned into a digital movie format.
Apart from making them, the best thing about memories is reflecting on them and sharing them with others. Our memories remind us of precious life moments; they tell our story & allow us to share that story with others. I've always been interested in people's stories, which is why I pursued a career in the field of psychology. This interest is also why I have always loved looking at pictures, old & new, and imagining all the details of that moment: the sounds, the smells, the time, the place. Sharing your photos is an intimate experience; it is like inviting another person into your memories. Share your memories with me and let me help you create something special.
PACKAGES
Listed below are package options. If you want to create something that does not appear to be included in these packages, we can chat about a custom creation.
Your Custom DVD will include: 1) A consultation to explain what you'd like and the story you'd like to tell, 2) online link to preview your video before completion, 3) 1 hard copy of DVD in DVD format.
Things to consider: 1) What photos/videos you want to add, 2) Do you have music in mind or would you like me to choose music, 3) Would you like any text included, opening or closing words, 4) If you would like photos/videos in a particular order, they must be numbered.
Package 1: Up to 100 photos or up to 15 minutes in length if includes videos. $50
Package 2: Up to 200 photos or up to 20 minutes in length if includes videos. $60
Package 3: Up to 300 photos or up to 30 minutes in length if includes videos. $70
Package 4: Up to 500 photos or up to 1 hour in length if includes videos. $90
* if photos are not already digital, no worries, I can scan them.
*Additional copies of your DVD can be made for $5 each (1 DVD is included in your package.).
* Can ship for $5.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Due to the time it takes to scan hard copy to digital in the best possible quality, there will be an additional charge for more than 75 photos. The first 75 are included in your package.
You can deliver photos /videos to me by mail, text, email, dropbox, etc. If you are local, we can arrange pick up/drop off.
I will send you an invoice after completion of your project with information regarding payment. If you are local, payment can be made by cash or check.

ABOUT ME
My name is Marlee. I am a sucker for family pictures and videos, even when they are of families other than my own. (Ask my husband's family. I could watch other's old home videos all day.) I have enjoyed making photo slideshows since I created the senior slideshow for our graduation in 2011. My interest was renewed this year when I created a senior slideshow for my sister, reviewing her life from birth to the bittersweet milestone of high school graduation. I have a master's degree in psychology and have always been particularly interested in emotion and memory and the relationship between the two. Watching a video comprised of past and present pictures/videos can allow us travel back to those moments, arousing our memory and emotions. I am a mom, wife, and doctoral student pursuing a degree in clinical psychology. I enjoy podcasts, audiobooks, wine, all food, documentaries, and non fiction shows/movies.
